Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 Ib Thai Lemon Chicken
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
Directions:
1. Place Thai Lemon Chicken in the refrigerator overnight to thaw or microwave it, based on the microwave instructions from the owner's manual
2. Cut the bell peppers; add to skillet and stir fry about 5 minutes, until crisp-tender
3. Add Thai Lemon Chicken and cook for another minute. Serve.
